Finding the bright spot

I have been reading this brilliant book titled Switch by the Heath brothers. It has made me realise that it's not always about pinpointing and fixing faults. Sometimes, it's all about finding what works, what's right. It's about focusing on strengths, finding the bright spot and following it.
