The sunday market

The Sunday Market is quite possibly one of my favourite places to frequent in Kuching. Located at Satok, it boasts a wide variety of fruit and vegetables, meat, local delights, plants, pets and anything else you can name. Heaps to see and buy at oh so low prices. Traditionally, the market would open only on Sundays only hence the name but from as far as I can remember, it starts trading on Saturday afternoons until Sunday. The Fremantle Market is a serious disgrace in comparison to this :O
